Mike Magliano has been an MKA partner since 2006, and he is MKA's go to expert for culinary and new product development.

Mike’s background is formidable and includes working for Marc Valiani at the PB&J Group, and the American Restaurant with Debbie Gold in Kansas City. This was followed by three years with Thomas Keller at the French Laundry, where he rose to Sous Chef. After his time at the French Laundry,  Mike opened the Craft restaurants in Dallas and Los Angeles for Tom Colicchio. His next steps were working for Michael Tusk, followed by Animal to work with Jon Shook and Vinny Ditolo.

Mike then became the Corporate Chef of the Soho Houses. The Soho House centers on luxury private members’ clubs operating in the United Kingdom and the United States. They are owned by billionaire Ron Burkle.

 

Mike recently left Soho House to focus on creative consulting across the manufacturing and new products segments of the foodservice and retail industries
